Sorry guys & gals, but as the day has progressed it has become clear I’ve come down with some sort of cold or virus that has appeared out of nowhere.

As as result, I’m off to bed with a hot drink, to try and sweat it out. Truly feeling dreadful right now. I apologise, but we’ll try and re-schedule towards the end of the week, and maybe make it later in the evening so that a few more US based avatars can pop in and say ‘hello’.
