In what looks like a serious blow, Fab Free has announced it will be closing at the end of October. It has been a part of my Second Life since day 1! I know how much I’ve used it, and used it to grab numerous freebies & cheapie, shopped hard at their cart sales and so on, so it will leave a gaping hole in the Second Life blogging world. Before I took on the role of editor of SL Naturist, and had to get used to running around Second Life undressed, hahaha, I was and remain a bit of a clothes & hair junkie, so I used Fab Free each time I logged into Second Life. It was that important to me.

Hopefully other bloggers will now pick up the baton and fill the impending void.

This blog also had a bit of a wobble earlier in the year, and while I’m not going to suggest my writing or knowledge of the Second Life naturist world comes close to matching that of the previous staff, we have hopefully weathered that storm as I get to feel a little more comfortable with my role. Hopefully, a Second Life for Fab Free in Second Life will emerge too.
