Beach Kimono

With thoughts turning to my real life naturist vacation, the first of the season, I will have time to blog regularly for SL-FKK while away. A baby will demand that we are circumspect with our time in the sun, so I expect plenty of time in our apartment when it’s necessary to stay in the shade. The older children have different needs now, plenty of sun, sand and liberally splashed with sun cream time, so the likelihood is that Dad or I will go to the beach with them and I or Dad will be apartment bound with our new born.

I’m delighted to say that Gran is accompanying us on this holiday as an extra pair of hands, and we’ve secured two apartments so we can spread ourselves out a bit more than usual.

As the holiday is only weeks away my thoughts have turned to my naturist wardrobe. When I saw this fringed kimono, by Addams, at the latest Collabor88 event I knew I had to have it (L$188), as it’s a perfect representation of clothing I would and do wear on holiday. I like my early morning beach walks, but -I’ve said this before on the SLN blog– it can be slightly chilly until the sun gets up properly, so that beach walk (which may incorporate a sea swim) might be taken in a garment like this. It’s gorgeous!

I’m modelling it at Eden Naturopolis.

A further note on my forthcoming holidays. I would like to think that the ‘Postcards from Spain’, and ‘what I saw on my holidays’ postings that I used to do on SLN blog can be revived here on SL-FKK. That’s the plan anyway. As Gran, my husband’s mother, has never been on a naturist holiday before, it will be interesting to learn her thoughts on it when the time comes. We’re several weeks away from that yet, though.
