I’ve said before that I’m not one for going to church. That said, I do think there are some marvellous passages in the Bible that speak core truths across millennia and to people of all religions and none.

The Decalogue, the various parables of Jesus and the Beatitudes.

The Beatitudes are eight short, pithy blessings, each beginning ‘Blessed are…’. For example, ‘Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth’.

In our social media fixated world there are a plethora of ‘memes’ and pithy-like photographs and sayings that proliferate on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Flickr, Instagram, and other social media outlets.

So, I’ve been gathering some of these proverb-like photos together to create the Be-Nude-itudes.

It’s not intended to be definitive or comprehensive. I’m sure there are others that you’re aware of and would add to the list. But the words contained in the photos below are a neat synopsis of the great joy naturism can bring.
